Da Telefonia Mobile  o Fissa  contattando il 1530 si attiverà la Capitaneria di porto competente per giurisdizione o in caso di saturazione delle linee,

automaticamente la chiamata sarà smistata alla Centrale Operativa del Comando Generale del Corpo delle Capitanerie di porto che provvederà a

raccogliere i dati e comunicarli alla Capitaneria competente.​
